Instruction for Poster presentation:
Please prepare your poster in portrait type.
Maximum size: 130 high by 90 cm wide.
We offer on location printing at a rate of 40,- Euros per poster. Please submit your poster as printable pdf until September 5, 2017.
Instruction for Oral presentation:
All talks, except keynote and plenary presentations, are planned with 12 minutes (10 minutes presentation + 2 minutes of discussion).
Please stay in time to guarantee that the congress runs smoothly without delays.

Abstracts have been already evaluated and peer-reviewed!

We expect compelling lectures and posters in all areas of Clinical and Applied Anatomy!

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of “Surgical and Radiologic Anatomy”.


The official language of the Symposium is English.
Abstracts must be submitted in English and must also be presented in English.
Please note that the number of submitted abstracts is limited: 3 abstracts / participant.
Abstracts can be submitted electronically only using the online registration system. After you create your account in the online registration system you can submit your abstract. Abstracts sent by mail, e-mail or fax will not be accepted.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and may be selected for oral or poster presentation (or may be rejected).
Accepted abstracts will appear in the official abstract publication or abstract book.
Abstracts should contain purpose, methods, results and conclusion.
Length of abstract: the body of the abstract should not exceed 250 characters and 4-6 keywords.
Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author.
